Description

Nelson Chambers is working with a niche employment law firm based in Cambridge who sit within a firm of high profile accountants. They are now searching for an Employment Lawyer to join their growing team.

You will be supporting the Partner and Head of Legal Services on a range of matters which focus on respondent employment matters with some claimant matters. You will have warm business contacts which you will be able to utilise and look for further business to enhance the firm’s services.

Responsibilities:

·        Providing legal and practical advice related to employment law issues which may include grievance, disciplinary, dismissal, redundancy, corporate re-structuring and TUPE.

· Have experience of advocacy and preparing and representing on employment tribunal matter

· Participating with other senior fee earners in marketing activities including networking and regional business development initiatives to help build the practice profile and attract new business.

· To manage a portfolio of employee and employer matters to a high standard in accordance with PBLS requirements. Effective provision of employment law and HR advice to clients.

My client is looking for an Employment Solicitor who has between 3-5 years PQE. In return you’ll be offered:
