Description

Nelson Chambers have been instructed by a highly ranked Legal 500 firm in the City Of London to assist in their search for an ambitious Contentious Private Client Lawyer. 


The firm is well established in this area of Law and are looking to bolster the offering with the addition of a junior lawyer, 0-2 PQE with a solid background in Contentious Trusts and Probate. 


The firm acts for beneficiaries, trustees and UHNW family members on a broad spectrum of contentious matters, both in the UK and globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with both onshore and international elements. 


The ideal candidate will be 0-2 PQE, with a strong academic background. You will have experience in working in a busy firm, recognised for it's Private Client work especially the contentious side. You will have advised trustees on avoiding litigation, applications for removal of trustees, applications for directions & breaches of trust. You will be working in a small team with a wealth of knowledge around you to assist you growth, reporting into a Partner of the firm. 


The remuneration for this position will be approx £50,000 - £70,000 + benefits.
